We are pleased to present our new, universally applicable adhesive and sealant HK245 AIO based on

MS polymers.

High strength and high elasticity are the two outstanding properties of HK245 AIO.

Particularly in the case of highly stressed joints, which require both high force transmission and

HK245 AIO is particularly suitable for applications that need to guarantee the equalisation of high voltages. This

special characteristics enable durable and weather-resistant adhesive and sealing joints between

Combinations of a wide variety of substrates at changing temperatures between -40 °C and

approx. +90 °C.

With a movement capacity of 25 %, the moisture-curing HK245 AIO demonstrably fulfils the

Specifications for sealing façade joints in accordance with DIN EN 16561-1: F-EXT-INT-CC 25HM and of

Floor joints in accordance with DIN EN 16561-4: PW-EXT-INT-CC 25HM in cold and warm climate zones.

Due to the special composition, joints sealed with HK245 AIO do not show any discolouration

the edge zones of natural stones such as marble, sandstone and granite (see ISO 16938-1).

HK245 AIO does not require labelling and, due to its very low emissions, fulfils the requirements

according to EMICODE EC1Plus.

In addition, food safety has been certified (see ISEGA certificate). HK245

AIO can be painted or varnished over, but can also be individually coloured.
